So every year the NFL has teams that rise from the depth, a great story, and of course built into the schedule.  The NFL isn't fixed (Chuck a friend is who is convinced the whole NFL is fixed, like Pro Wrestling ) 
     Last Season the Cards, Dolphins and Falcons all mega improved. In my mind, the NFL has three divisions,
1. the 10 bottom dwellers, (lotto picks if this was the NBA) ,
2 ,the competitive, or limbo ( Ravens, Jags, Redskins- middle class, not eligible    of  NFL welfare programs, but just miss the playofffs
3, finally the Championship division. -horribly enough elite teams are rare, the salary caps takes big bites out out depth, to the point where a few injuries and your team is racked up.  Almost always playoff teams
 

    So here are the Couch Scout 2009 picks, I'm going to regret this, it's better to be silent and dumb, then to publish your stupidity.
